I am passioned about creative and healing arts,

science and the exploration of consciousness;

my work involves transformation, the languages of symbolism, eastern & western psychologies, ancient rituals, somatics and the use of the human voice as spiritual technologies for knowing thyself.

All the knowledge I share comes from real, practical experience continuously gained by holding space for people from all around the world, helping and encouraging them to transform emotionally and spiritually. Complementing this, my personal journey with the magic of healing sound waves, the nobility of cacao, and the wisdom of sacred plants has further deepened my understanding of restorative and healing states of consciousness.

With this background I design and share One-of-a-kind art, well-being experiences and mindful cooking journeys to enjoy authentic Mexican flavors; over the last 11 years I have lead meditations, private retreats, ceremonies and taught private classes & training workshops in various cities and in the lush Mexican Caribbean jungle.

I'll be more than happy to meet up at my home, art & wellness studio in Mérida, Yucatán, where I have had the honor and pleasure to welcome worldwide travelers; together we unleash creativity, awaken insight & revitalize mind-body-spirit.
