This experience is available only when I harvest the bitter oranges from my wild garden, next season starts on OCTOBER, Check availability on calendar. A culinary journey that tastes like Yucatán! In this hands-on cooking class, I will share with you the art of crafting one of the most representative and delicious meals from Mérida: Cochinita Pibil. It will be cooked on the stove so you can replicate the recipe at home, with all our traditional spices, such as achiote and freshly harvested bitter orange from my wild garden. During the cooking time of this tasty meat, we will craft everything else necessary for an authentic tacos therapy evening, you also will learn how to create: • Your own handmade blue & yellow corn Tortillas from scratch • Xnipec: red onions with habanero and orange juice • Special Salsa: Creamy habanero & garlic Taco's Therapy is fantastic anytime!
